‘Stina’s Mexican Hot Chocolate Cocktail*

Over ice pour 3 parts Mezcal, 1 part chocolate liqueur, and 1 part syrup to start. Stir or shake, pour over ice. Enjoy.

*Honestly, this is a vibes-based recipe — just like every ‘Stina original. Use whatever jams and chilies feel correct in your soul.
Blueberry and chipotle? Hell yes.

Homemade Strawberry Habanero Syrup:

Boil jam (‘Stina uses Bonne Maman Strawberry preserves) with stemmed habaneros. Add splash of water or vodka (or both 😜) as needed until whatever consistency. (Look ‘Stina measures and makes shit with her heart so measuring doesn’t quite come into play)

Strain seeds (or not) and allow to cool. Stores in refrigerator.
