“Produced from fermented molasses and distilled in column stills, this Panamanian rum is the perfect example of the regional style. It was aged for six full years in tropical conditions, near the Panama Canal.

Profile: Rich and warm.

Nose: Round and generous. Citrus zest, date, fig.

Palate: Powerful and lively. Sugar cane, salted butter, ginger.

Finish: Ethereal yet direct. Chocolate, roasted coffee.
